Considering the VSG by the end of this year/beginning of next. I'm tired of dieting, calorie counting & being on supplements to lose weight. I'll do good for a week or 2 & then fall back off. I'm only 4ft 10 & over 210 lbs, I have high blood pressure & just got diagnosed in 2014 with a fatty liver. I'm a Mother of 3 beautiful children. I have to get healthier for them. Looking for all the info I can get on the VSG pre & post op. Excited to have found this app.
