ok guys im steve im on my 2week liquid diet started on 3-9-15 i go for the surgery on the 23rd of march what i need help with is what to drink i been using the body fortress super advanced whey Protein chocolate but it is nasty i also tryed the powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury chicken broth didnt like it either what do some of you like this stuff is making me not want to drink it like im going to puke thanks for any help

im set to do mine on the 23rd just a few days away im kinda of having 2nd thoughts about it cause i been reading all the stuff on here about the skin after its done a year or so im going to be losing from 540 to 250 is my goal so i know there will be alot of skin does anyone know if bcbs will cover after please let me know

its hard im on my 7th day of the pre op diet and the shakes make me sick i cant stand them but what can you do i dont know if this is cheating or not but i do take bits of things my wife fixs chew them up and spit it out how bad is that

im on day 5 of it and it sux i have not cheated but i have wanted to im doing the whey chocolate shake and omg its nasty i dont like the unjury chick broth either but what can you do is there any other stuff out there we can use any info helpful i cant wait till the 23rd get it done and over with so i can get me some mashed tators lol
