So my uncles wife just had sleeve surgery last Friday not yesterday the one before that so she is a week post op and at dinner today she's eating purred food and today isn't the first day she's eating purred food is this normal I was confused I should be having gastric bypass on the 22nd of April but she doesn't know that so I cudnt ask her if it was too soon? I guess my question is is it too soon for her to already be fully comfortable with purred foods?

I heard certain parts grew with weight loss ????

I haven't seen any yet and majority of middle eastern recipes are very carby and it's driving me insane lol

I haven't signed consent she just saved that day for me I've already been on this month long prepping diet and this last week in having heart burn that u wudnt believe I'm at a point where I feel absolutely exhausted

Mine wants me to lose more too. Didn't really give me a number but more of how "soft" my upper stomach feels. Hopefully when I go back on the 8th it's still a go for the 21st. Mine was very stern about 40 pounds I don't know if I'm gnna make it but when it happens it happens I never heard of going on how soft your stomach is because if that's the case in soft all over lol

Hopefully mine will be April 22 Highest weight 420 Current weight 391 I'm 5'5 as well The doctor wants me to lose another 20 pounds or she will post pone it until I do

No I haven't tried monti I just stuck to Presbyterian because it's convenient for me the surgeon is great and so is the staff

Honestly it's a bit slow because they seem to be really bizzy I had a appointment with the nurse practitioner today had to reschedule that next available appointment was the 30th

How many of you have heard this I come from a very big family with a crap load of distant relatives and when there's a wedding it's like everyone and there mother comes out and that is all I hear ever since I was a little girl why can't I just be pretty why must they throw my weight into there comment anyway how many of you have heard this and can't wait to be thin and have those ppl see u and for you to be like muhahahahaha look who's skinny know? I'm really obese my bmi is 70 and I have had a failed lap band what health insurance do you have ?

I like her and in my case my bmi is really high so she wanted me to lose 40 pounds before my operation I have lost 13 so far but if I get this 30 pounds off my April 22 I wud do surgery but if I have not reached that goal yet it would have to be postponed

I haven't had the sleeve done but I do have a lap band and I'm on my pre op diet to remove the lap band and do gastric by pass my surgeon informed me in my case because of the lap band and scar tissue I would be better off with gastric it's also looked at as the gold standard I realize gastric bypass is scarey but it's been around the longest and that's what I'm going for

They really don't understand my sister in law is like I would go to the gym 3 times a day I'm like my bones feel crushed from going once a day how am I going to make it 3 times a day mind you she's over weight but has the nerve to judge me

Yes thank you I went back home to my country years ago and refuse to go back there because I was made to feel like a creature one lady actually asked me if I just sit in front of the fridge all day ppl are vicious one of the first things I will do when I lose weight is go back home and rub it in there faces lol

Djmohr ur mother in law sounded so mean the things she said were horrible I'm sorry that she has passed but her passing doesn't excuse the things she said your awesome no matter what weight you are and I'm so happy for you with your weight loss success

I am totally with you it drives me insane the times I feel the most obese is when I'm shopping for fabric in Manhattan I am a seam stress and a lot of times I have to make the trip to Manhattan with clients so we can pick out fabric and I struggle to keep up I can't wait to not have to feel like my bones are crushed at the end of my shopping trip

So I'm on my pre op diet granted mine is a length one in order to have surgery I need to lose 40 pounds should I start taking all the vitamins I need to take post op now what did you guys do when u were on pre op
