Hello my name is Tammy I was able to find Bariatric Pal through friends who already use the app. I just started my weight loss journey 2 March 2015 with the Vertical Gastric Sleeve. I opted for the sleeve because I have tried Nutrisystem, Slim Fast, Nutrition Care, and various other methods of weight loss that did not succeed. I am a diabetic on 4 different diabetic medications, the doctor informed me that these medications will eventually shut my kidneys down and encouraged me to get WLS. I opted for the Vertical Gastric Sleeve because the location of the procedure and the benefits were appealing to me. I am currently in the full liquid stage of this post process. I am a fun loving granny who wants to be around for my 2 grandchildren who are 5 and due any day.
