Hi I am a 47 year old mom of 2 college students and ready for this next phase of life. I am 5'4 and weigh 245 lbs and have tons of medical issues I pray weight loss will address. I just want to be healthy and able to do the things I once did. I live in Illinois and have Aetna Better Health and I don't know where to begin any advise would be great thank you so much!
