    I’ve been stuck for almost a week on the scale but things feel looser and I’m drinking water, getting my protein and walking. Not too concerned yet. Hang in there.

    I had my surgery (sleeve) on 6/18 and have lost 13 pounds so far. I seem to be stalled so I need to get moving. Feeling kind of weak though from not eating.

    I’ve used a CPAP for several years. It definitely has helped me and I don’t even notice the headgear and nasal pillows anymore. I hoping that after surgery I will no longer need it. My sleeve surgery is 6/18. Give it a try and see how you do.
