Good morning, thanks for your feedback....I am starting to see that....There are times when I feel like I am doing something wrong when I don't see the numbers going down....But I am going to keep doing what I am doing with my exercise and eating ....I am going to talk with my doctor at my upcoming apt about my concerns. -

Good morning everyone....I planned on posted this on Wednesday but I was dealing with death in my family. Okay, here is an update...After dealing with the stall that I was having, I took a lot of the advise that was giving by increasing my calories, looking at my exercise workout and everything in between. So I decided to weigh myself on Wednesday and I was down another 4.5lbs. It may not seem like a lot...but it is to me....Thanks for all of the support that you all have not only given to me but to others who are dealing with the same thing...

@@jrp12365, we all had to deal with that after having surgery. And like Luna222 stated it's due to the gas and all the Fluid that is giving to you when and after you had your surgery....And you will loss all of that after a few days..

cmblackmon35 replied to jencooper's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I guess we are all in the same boat...I am also 4 weeks post op and dealing with a stall as well...I was also thinking the same thing, that this was to early to be dealing with a stall...but now I see it fooled me....But I am reading and listening to others about getting my proteins in, my water and upping my exercise...Hopefully we all will be out of this stall very soon.. I wish everyone the best... -
@@amanda1025, yes it an be disheartening at times...But I am learning to not get on the scale and see if anything is happening...And I will be at my 5weeks post op on Monday....But being on here has help me so much cause I am realizing that I am not the only one who is dealing with this...And being able to talk to you all is a big help....
