Bought a spaghetti squash today, the first in eons. It will be the foundation of a brilliant concoction and I can't wait to chow down. The hardest part is cutting it open raw.

It's a recipe from the original Moosewood book. I made it maybe 30 years ago and don't even recall how well I liked it. http://cdn-www.springwind.org/uploads/Spaghetti Squash Casserole.pdf I have a smallish crockpot, never used it. Even though ther are millions of crock recipes, I can't get past the notion that I have no clue about using it.
