When bourbon ages in barrels some evaporates out. The evaporative is called the angles share for looking over the where house. That which is left in the barrels is the angles Envy. It has national distribution

So the whole bourbon-making operation has soul and legends. Really nice. Now, if I'm ever in an area where it's made, I'll take a tour -- as long as they offer a tasting, too. Is the atmosphere at small producers much different from the large ones? This is a whole world I've never thought about. Do other whiskeys have angels keeping watch? I don't see myself exploring the subject as you have, but it's exciting to learn something about a new subject.
