i like to cook it in a slow cooker before cutting it. That way it scoops out SO easily. What else are you cooking it with?

It's a recipe from the original Moosewood book. I made it maybe 30 years ago and don't even recall how well I liked it. http://cdn-www.springwind.org/uploads/Spaghetti Squash Casserole.pdf I have a smallish crockpot, never used it. Even though ther are millions of crock recipes, I can't get past the notion that I have no clue about using it.

I like it because you really can't go wrong with it. Throw in a bunch of stuff and just let it cook, and it will pretty much always come out tasting amazing.
