Doing it my way it was good we did the meal plan so I shred my food with the others I had food ordered and delivered from a shopping service so I had my protein drinks and what not available. I felt great it was so much fun...

I started mine early just to find a protein drink I liked and it made the liquid preop diet easier to tolerate I have surgery tomorrow and I feel nervous but great I lost 20+ lbs on preop.......good luck

Surgery is sept 9 leave for disney oct 11 any advice

My surgery is the 9th. I had six months of weight checks it felt like this time would of never arrived now I'm nervous its so soon......
