I'm 9 months out and I eat pretty regularly. I avoid fatty and spicy foods but still eat some candy I walk a mile every day and roller skate every weekend. I still do eat my Protein first and I can never eat anything else......sighing* I do not count everything any more. I'm only 5 pounds from my goal, and if I didn't loose any more I would be fine with it. I'm very petite now and my hubby is happy, he thinks he got a new wife lol! but my scale is still slowly going down I went from a size 22 pant size to a 3 so I'm very happy where I'm sitting at.
