Hello, my date is March 31, and I am spending my time trying to figure out how I'm going to get my daily protein. I decided to take the flavorless Unjury protein powder, mix it with my favorite crystal light, and make mini popsicles. I will update how that works out. For my B 50 complex, B12 and Co Q10, I'm going to do monthly injections (shots). They call it a vitamin cocktail shot. I hate to swallow pills I figure this will make things a little easier for me with all the other things I have to worry about.
