    Hi everyone, I am a month out from surgery and am finding that I'm having a ton of trouble getting my vitamins in. Just the thought of them makes me super nauseous. I know I need to be taking them but I'm trying to figure out a way to get them all in without throwing up. Any ideas? Thank you!
