Walking is the best thing right now. Don't hit the gym just yet. Wait until you're at least 4 weeks out and even then only do light weights or light workouts. That's what I've been doing. I'm 5 weeks out
Im 4 weeks post op and A few days ago I started gagging and dry heaving at the most random times. I don't feel nausea or anything, it just happens. Has anyone experienced this before? Am I doing something wrong? How can I make it stop?!
Hello! I had the gastric bypass on 2/24/15. I just advanced from clear liquids to full liquids. Started my vitamins again. I was wondering when I should start protein shakes? I would also appreciate any advice you guys have for me ????... Thank you in advance
