My name is Jenny, I am from Michigan!  I had been overweight for years.  When my Dr first recommended bariatric surgery I cried in his office.  I begged him to let me try on my own.  I feel that I really did try.  I exercised, took Rx appetite suppressants to help control my hunger.  I would lose 20 lbs, and regain 25 lbs....over and over.  I felt surgery was an easy way out and for people that didnt try hard enough.  It took me 2 years to realize I was wrong, and I needed help. I had RNY surgery 4/17/13 and had a full tummy tuck and breast reduction 2/17/15.  This is the first time I have been happy with my body.

I am 5'6" and my next goal is 175.  Ultimately Id like to get to 160.
