I'm dealing with that now, And it's costing me not to drink enuff protein at all. I smell foods that I like and I want them, but I'm not hungry for them which is strange. In the past if a pizza pie was in my midst it was in danger. Spoke to my nutritionist last weeks, she did say I have to get the protein in. It helps with the muscle growth -

Post op of surgery date 3-16. And the 2 weeks leading up to the procedure and this week, I can't drink another damn smoothie. I don't know what to do. Not hungry at all. And drinking minamil water. Have no taste for nothing and those smoothie make me gag at the smell. That I just can't drink them anymore.

I like some juicing in with the proteins and such. No fruit tho. Due to the high sugar.

Where did u get that body weight ticker pic. I like that? Keep with the program. I'm 3 weeks today and lost 25lbs. Keep with the protein. I start gym today kinda pumped and scared.

Had a successful Bypass. Surgery yesterday, this Nausea is something real. Managing well. Most likely will go home tomorrow -
I have not told any of my friends as of yet, My surgery is on 3/16/15 I'm scared of the judgement. It's don't wanna deal with, but in the same vain I feel it's none of ur darn business either. Since its "frowned" upon by a large community I just kept it to myself thus far. But I do plan on telling my closest friends.

So over the last 6 months. I have really liked hitting the gym and getting ready for this process. I know it will be sometime when I will be able to hit the gym, after my surgery which takes place 3/16/15. When were you able to hit the gym again?

Hey I just had my Endoscopy, The nurse advised me that I have some inflamation in the stomach. I'm fresh out and not I'm NERVOUS!!! Does anyone know if this prevents the surgery? I

There's a lot on the plate, just relax and remember to control what you can control. -
It's so u fair, Cuz there is so much more work to be done after you get the surgery to maintain a goal weight. I think some will understand and those that don't know the procedure and what it is will never respect the process.
