after the 1st doc visit I weighted myself every Saturday.

I just got the bill for my surgery....they will gladly answer every question if insurance wasn't involved. #HealthCareRocks

Had to have my suit taken in almost 3 sizes. #AndItsStillBaggy.

That's pretty normal. I'm a month out and I still get a little pain from that area every now and then.

I'm dealing with that now, And it's costing me not to drink enuff protein at all. I smell foods that I like and I want them, but I'm not hungry for them which is strange. In the past if a pizza pie was in my midst it was in danger. Spoke to my nutritionist last weeks, she did say I have to get the protein in. It helps with the muscle growth

Post op of surgery date 3-16. And the 2 weeks leading up to the procedure and this week, I can't drink another damn smoothie. I don't know what to do. Not hungry at all. And drinking minamil water. Have no taste for nothing and those smoothie make me gag at the smell. That I just can't drink them anymore.

I like some juicing in with the proteins and such. No fruit tho. Due to the high sugar.

Where did u get that body weight ticker pic. I like that? Keep with the program. I'm 3 weeks today and lost 25lbs. Keep with the protein. I start gym today kinda pumped and scared.
