I am having the Gastric Sleeve surgery on March 24th and have ordered several varieties of the Syntax nectar (I like that they have fruit tasting options). I am wondering if anyone has any ideas of what this can be mixed with in addition to Water. Just trying to mix things up a bit. Thank you for any ideas. -

I typed the wrong date in my prior post saying my surgery was March 25th really it is March 24th. Can a post be deleted. I don't want to be annoying I reposted with the correct date because I could not figure out how to delete the first post. Any help is appreciated! -

I had my EDG there and it went very well. I am scheduled for the Sleeve surgery there on March 24th with Dr. Nicholson. I really did like him when I had my appointment with him. Seems like a down to earth man. -
