Had my one-month follow up appointment yesterday (I'm seven weeks out, but had to reschedule my appointment because I was out of state dealing with my dad's heart failure and surgery). So far I'm over 50 lbs down., and I've been cleared for all activity and all types of foods.
Thank you. My dad ended up having a triple bypass, but he is home recovering now. His heart is definitely working better already--his knees aren't purple anymore!
