One month post-op today. 18 pounds down since surgery, 44.4 pounds total.

I feel pretty good. I am still tired, and the area under my bigger incision still hurts sometimes. But I can now walk over a mile, and my back isn't killing me.

keep an eye on making sure you are getting enough protein & water. It will help with the energy. That's an awesome 1st month loss!
