easy there laura. you can stall for weeks at times. don't expect a loss every day. you didn't gain it overnight and won't lose it that way. stay off the scale. focus on non-scale victories. I lost more than 150 lbs. and except once, never lost more than 3 lbs. in one week.
Thanks, guys. I actually had a therapy session this afternoon and am feeling better. I also stopped at Target on the way home to buy a new pair of my favorite jeans--2 sizes smaller than the last pair! That helped.
Laura, I understand, I'm terrified if I don't see my weight drop everyday even tho I know it's not logical. I guess we get so use to seeing the scale move daily and when it doesnt panic sets in.
