The surgery was not a huge mistake. This will happen at times during your weight loss; it is quite normal. My weight loss has slowed to a snail's pace for over a month now, but the inches keep coming off. Hang in there!! You can do this! Just keep following your program.

it happens right now ill go 4 or 5 dys with no discernible loss then 2 or 3 days losing a pound per. and then the next feew weeks ill lose like 4 tenths of apund for 5 days, its just weird, but its your body trying to adjust to all the changes we throw at it. Hang in there, it will work for you if you let it. and I know you will and can do it!
