Having a hard time with sugar. I made Christmas candy this year and even though I made family favorites (which are not my favorites), I'm still having horrible cravings and not much luck telling myself NO. I've thrown a few kinds out and left the ones I really don't like but i need to pitch those too. Trying to detox now! Why do we crave what we shouldn't have?

When I cook tempting things Imsuck on sugar free lollipops. Seems to work well for me. If I am really really tempted I drink a glass of water which even 3 years out fills me to the point of being sick. If all else fails I take a bite. I find most the time it was not as good as I hoped and then I don't obsess all night.
