your dog is adorable i love dogs i have a german sheperd myself ther's a guy who walk's his two basset's passed my house everyday and they are so friendly i think my next dog will be a basset, by the way pianoman where you from in uk i originally came from cheltenham but came to beautiful melborne 34 years ago

hello pianoman, maybe it's not the same for everyone but i did and still do get that now and then i think it's just wind well that's what i put it down too maybe someone will tell us different i was banded in july 2005 and whatever it is it hasn't done me any harm, regards jenny

i eat ceral every morning no problem don't no if the names are the same i have weet-bix, kellogs just right or porridge

loved the waves also, i don't mind the excess flab on my body had to cover up pretty well most of my life and at 53 it wont bother me to keep doing it anyway when i get smaller i can get trendier clothes BUT where the double chin is shrinking man have i got some wrinkles there, i will try looking up to the ceiling and puckering up any more tips for that area folk's

hi kirsten keep thinking positive thoughts you'll see i'm sure it's the best thing since sliced bread, just by the way i was in your part of the world about 7 years ago tracking down distant cousins of my hubby i just loved portland and surronding area's and the effect's of the volcano just incredible, has the vegataion started growing back yet ? -

hi aussie girl it was great to read your post know what you mean about being invisible either people look at you or pretend your not there, you know one of the things i miss the most getting on the dance floor bout a year ago i got up and done the birdie dance just had too missed it so muchdown to a size 20 now when i am in a 18 i'm on that floor again:clap2: -

hello lynn,i was banded in melbourne july 19 like you i am on 3 site's i also love being on this site, i love your state my son live's in embleton so have been over there a few time's,i'm sure you'll have no regret's about your decision to be lapbanded i am one of the slower one's it has taken me all that time to lose 10 kilo's but it's the best i have done for many years, jenny

just want to say how sorry i am you are going through such a problem it's a hard enough decision to make and then face that, is it a fairly common problem there here in oz as long as our bmi is high we don't have a problem. love your signature victoriana i must try and live by that

Ruthie, you just learn that what will be will be, you can't worry over problem's you think will arise when the chance's are very high that they won't, but one thing i for sure know is that my weight WOULD have had led to a shorter life, and poor quality of life and what about feeling like a second rate citizen and should the worse come to the worse i have already lost weight not very fast like some but more than i ever did before and i have tried everything,so try not to worry
