hello Alan welcome, i was banded at mulgrave vic, you are doing really well it as taken me 7 months to lose 13 kilo's, would have helped if if i had stuck with the optifast i just couldn't drink the stuff. i can't really help with remedy for wind i never had a problem with it till i got banded only good thing is it dosn't build up,[i have learnt to be discreet:embarassed: what a subject ] so i will also be interested in what all the others here do to cope with it, good luck on your banded journey Alan ... regard's jenny

hi sandra sorry to hear about your hubby hope he is on the roed to recovery, know what you mean about the chocolates i won a raffle last week to easter eggs one of them with soft centres all around i knew i shouldn't have done it but couldn't stop myself but at least with the band we can get back on track pretty soon,take care and try and make time for yourself

i'm so glad i'm not the only one with head problems 7 months on the 19 this month and i still have prob's although i can see i have improved a fair bit, i would never have thought of taking a little of each plate that is so good:clap2: -
hello all this is a question on protein,is there a particular benefit from drinking protein drinks? and would it benefit me if i didn't eat a lot of meat?will it help to keep me satisfied between meal's[ i know i said a question and it turned into three sorry guys lol ]

thanks roed queen, tried it today only for 15 mins this morning knees were sore but managed 20 this evening goal for tomorrow to do at least the same but try for more and increase water which i struggle a bit with -
i like a whole range of music am a child of the sixties my dad played the drums and piano in the pubs in the uk so i also like some of the 40'S and 50's i have kids in their 30's 20's and teens so i like dresden dolls frans ferdinand, good charlotte afi, cliff richards beetles bon jovi, i could go on and on but for your sanity i better not:biggrin1:
