hi susannah i'm sorry you are feeling so down know what you mean and it's worse now with this big push they have on at the minute for healthy eating and no junk food i know it's important for our kid's but it dosen't help people's attitude to us there are some terrible people outand about that have done some awful things and yet we cop it well we have to be strong and say bugger them we can and will lose weight they will still be horrible people, try and stay positive your new life awaits
-
hi mary that is terible you have to go through all that, i can't believe you have to pay anthing i would have thought either the doctor's ins or the band makers would be liable you shouldn't be out of pocket check with someone or maybe someone on here knows

i'm going [ barring emergencies] look forward to seeing everyone -
i was going over some older posts and was wondering if anyone has heard as how lots of kids is doing i can't find anything recent from her?
-
hi nic well you are doing better than me i also have been banded 15 months and lost only 11 kilos but i don't really mind i would never have lost it, i think going through menopause has made it a bit slower,i'm in aspendale garden's and was banded by chris hensman at mulgrave. ollie's mum has your doctor got a support group within his clinic mine has a very good one have you tried some of the other lapband site's to see if anyone has gone through what you have don't feel alone we all experience different reactions to our band but we are here for each other
-
hi kellie great to hear everything went so good can't wait to see pic's. and hi to nic hopefully there will be a few meet up's now that we have actually got together. how long have you been banded? and who by?
-
i can't believe it's the same person you look really great, shame i didn't get to really talk to you with me getting lost and arriving late and you going soon after but karingal sounds like a great spot to catch up again
