I have been overweight since the age of 15. I have PCOS and had awful menstrual cycles and infertility. My husband and I used In Vitro to have our daughter (now 11 years old) and I had a hysterectomy 5 years ago. In July 2014 I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic and I knew I needed more help than I could do by myself. I will be having surgery 3/16/15.
