You absolutely can dump with a sleeve. Kill the sugar and kill the fat! -
Lots and lots of water, no caffeine, and some fiber. A gentle laxative may also help. I had it for a while and then just never hardly went to the bathroom. My surgeon said I;'m fine that it was because my food intake is so little compared to what it was previously.

I've had a significant change. I hang a lot more and more hard size has significantly increase too. I didn't really hang before. Loving it.

5 months out - Huge weight loss stall and I'm hungry all the time now

I'm 3 months out and I get horrible hunger pangs an hour after I eat. Pretty much every time. I also get nauseated after 2-3 bites. Hoping this gets better. I can't find any food patterns that change this. It's not too much sugar or fat. Ugh. -
I have a half sleeve and others that look great. My arms are skinny now, but the ink is good.

How long after surgery until you were able to do more rigorous exercise?

I went back to the gym at about 5 weeks. Progressed quickly back to normal routine. -
Congrats! Ain't it a good feeling. I started at a 46 when I had my sleeve on 12/22. Now in 38s that r too big, but I'm not quite in 36s yet. Getting closer though. Thank goodness for thrift stores. I'm in clothes for 2 weeks and they become loose.
