I had Dr. Benavides in Dallas, Tx and he had me to do his protein shakes called "Myocel" 2 times a day wih 2 meals a day. For my 2 meals, I ate chicken salad, or baken chicken and green beans (any green veggies). Basically that's it. In the mornings I would have a piece of fruit or 2 hard boiled eggs. It's a lot of healthy foods to choose from, you will just have to remember, no fried, greasy or starchy foods. All else, should be good. Oh yeah, no sodas.
