I'm living in dsm and will be getting sleeved in new orleans. I will picking my date for surgery sometime this week.

I'm in the same boat. I'm 23, 5'7", 38 F, 256 goal weight of 134-160. Just looking to feel comfortable and lead a healthy lifestyle with the help of this tool. I'm in the very beginning of this process. I should be hearing back from doctors this week to set up appointments. Will be self pay so hoping the process will be quick. Only odd thing right now is that I live in Iowa but planning on surgery in Louisiana since my parents live there and my mother runs an OR down there. So idk how getting things lined up from this far away will work but I'm hoping things move along quickly. I'll probably move down there for a month or 2 to deal with things.
