My stay was 4 nights because I couldn't sip anything. Felt very nauseas and nothing would help my nausea.

How do you accept the challenge? Someone on my friends list challenged and when I went to go in the app to accept it, it didn't say.

Hi everyone I'm 12 weeks out and lost a 46.6lbs since surgery. I feel great and have more energy. I've been walking/jogging and I just received a Fitbit. So if anyone is interested in being my friend on it let me know. First pic is the day before surgery, second pic is 1.5 months out and the third is 3 months out.

Following for when I get mine:-) What Fitbit band do you all have and how are you all liking your band? Trying to decide on which one to get but leaning towards the Fitbit charge HR.

Lost 33lbs since surgery June 16th. Depressed because my hair has now started to fall out. I know it only hair and that it'll grow but I try hard to get my protein in, take biotin and using Nioxin products and it doesn't even slow down the process. Feeling bummed today :-(

How Good are You about Not Drinking While Eating?
smiranda replied to Beck90's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Really good. It doesn't bother me. I was sleeved 6/16/16 -
How are you able to get 1000 calories? I can not seen to get over 650-700 each day.Wow I wanna know how you get 1000. Just today I've only got 400 calories in. I burned over 800 on the treadmill today.

I'm normally not a breakfast person But my NUT said that after surgery that I would have to try having something for breakfast. So what I do is drink the Premier Protein shake which is 30g of protein and I use it as a meal replacement. It takes me 45min to and hour to put that down because to me that is so filling
-
Question for everyone. I was sleeved 6/16. I get majority of my protein with shakes and unflavored protein powder. I'm on soft foods for another two weeks but are only able to take 3 or 4 small bites before I am full which consists of all protein. My question is how do you all get in your protein? Is this normal for me to take in majority of the protein in with liquids at this point?

Who knew jogging/running could give you so much adrenaline. 6.5 weeks post-op. From sleeping late, being lazy, eating in the closet and overeating to waking up early, feeling energized, eating healthier and to be able to 8 miles on the treadmill. 28lbs down. Sleeved 6/16/15 #NSV #sleevelife #lovinmysleeve #feelingGreat #Motivated #tearsofhappiness

I am also on soft foods and have been eating what I can eat. Eggs, fish, tuna etc...

I was sleeved 6/16/15. I lost about 17 pounds the first week and a half. I'm 3 weeks out and I've been stalled since then. I've been walking treadmill 4 miles each day. I drink a primer shake for breakfast and have a small lunch and small dinner. Not sure what's going on. I've been depressed and I break out into tears.
-
I just also put a travel size shampoo and conditioner in my bag. Moist towelettes is a good idea especially after every use in the bathroom.

My surgery date is June 16th. I've started packing for my hospital stay and so far have comfortable PJs, toothbrush/toothpaste, Chapstick and deodorant. I will also bring my phone/charger, iPad and earphones to tune out my roommate. I'm going home the same clothes I came in with. Is there anything I'm missing? I feel like I'm missing something.
-
My husband had his surgery and they let him put his tank top on and his pajama bottoms on. I don't think my hospital has any of that kind of restriction. I will be using their hospital socks tho. And a sports bra is a must for me. I sleep with a sports bra all the time. I just can't stand my boobs flopping around.
