5 days post op for me and I am starting to get constipated. I need to figure out what to do.

4 days post-op, feeling a little dizzy, 64oz is a lot to drink when your not hungry or thirsty.

This is day 2 for me, I want to eat everything I see but I know this is important any suggestions for success?
