Boob job post weight loss surgery

Yeah my body fat was at 18% pre plastics not sure if that's changed--I have become a marathon runner and practice yoga 3-4x a week. I went from 271 to 135 so lost 136lbs. Pain--well hard to say because in addition to the boobs I had a tummy tuck and arm lift at the same time and overall recovery and pain was much worse that WLS! If I had and only one procedure would have probably been better!!! WOW!! Congratulations!!! If I can lose half that I'll be happy! I'm starting yoga next week but a bit worried as my port gets irritated when I lay on it but I'm sure it will be fine. That's a lot of hard work and dedication, you must be so proud.. And brave to have all of that done at once!

Boob job post weight loss surgery

I've been doing thermo and lipo wraps.. That and collagen gel which has shrunk my stomach and got rid of stretch marks although I'm not sure of lasting effects at the moment. I was thinking that if I can get the fat breast job then it shrinks the stomach, things and bum which are always the problem areas so what can't be to love.. Just to find out reviews of it really. Any other surgery I'll hang on for and see what the results look like first to save additional pain and expense (that's because I'm tight ;0) Reg prices for fat transplant.. They vary country to country to best google it for your area hon. Good luck and let me know how you get on x

Boob job post weight loss surgery

Wow that's great!! To not have enough fat left you must be a lean mean bariatric machine ;0) How was the pain of the surgery compared with the weight loss version and are you happy with the look hon? Ps.. How much did you lose if you don't mind me asking?
  4. Hi guys, I had weight loss surgery about six months ago and have now lost over three stone, I only have 2 to go until I am at my ideal weight. I have heard about the fat transfer breast enhancements and wonder if anybody else has had this? Sounds like a great way to aid in my further weight loss as well as replenish my somewhat saggy boobs. Anyone had this done or had any other breast implants post surgery, and can you tell me if you have this done at your ideal weight or before? Many thanks you beautiful people!!

    Port site pain

Thanks guy, I'm sure it is nothing serious (she says hopefully).. The Docs did say that it may be the final sutures releasing as they dissolve but I thought they would have already gone by now with it being a few months post surgery. Thanks for the input, I'll try and take it easy and see how it goes.. Just hope it settles soon as sad as it sounds I'm actually missing exercise and I NEVER thought I'd say that lol X

    Port site pain

Hi Guys, hope you are all well? I had my gastric band fitted 2 months ago, weight loss and whole experience has been excellent to date... no complaints at all apart from port site pain. It started 2 weeks ago after my first fill, it feels like stitch from exercise but that cannot be to fault as i've been taking it really steady and it only really comes on if I've ever stretched too much or have been sitting at work.. but I'm wondering if it really should be happening at all. The pain is intermittent and comes on like a REALLY sharp stab that leaves me feeling quite sore and sick but once it abates it just feels like ive been punched so I'm assuming it may be muscular? I had a beautiful back massage on Saturday and felt no pain at all but only an hour or so later.. there it was again. No idea if its from laying on it, crunching my stomach and putting pressure on the port area when sat or what but I wondering if anyone had experienced the same and if there is anything I can do to help it? all help, as ever, will be greatly appreciated. Very many thanks D x

    To gulp or to sip?

Hi guys, I'm still on the liquid stage of the post op diet but I am taking in too much air when I drink. I keep hiccuping after drinking which may be a good sign but it hurts. Generally about 2-4 mins after drinking I get really bad trapped wind in my chest and as I am unable to burp it gets stuck and feels sore. I can get rid of this with Windeeze but it takes some time. Is it better to gulp drinks (thought being ill take on less air) or sip little bit by little bit?? Any ideas on how I can take in less air?? Very many thanks in advance!

    Healthy living after Band surgery

Thanks!!!! That is such a good response, I've had little or no responses to some of my posts so I was losing hope ;0) I shall heed that advise wisely, but it's the be prepared but that worries me. Can I ask what you take with you to eat if you're out and about, or for work for example? Thanks again X

    Healthy living after Band surgery

No.. I'm due it in less then 2 weeks hum
  14. Hi Guys, I am due my op in less then 2 weeks and the time seems to be coming up fast!!! I already regard the op date (14th March 2015) as my new birthday... the date my new life will start. Along with the main changes that come along with the surgery I am anxious to make this new start a healthy and happy one. Does anyone have any tips to ensure I start my life in the best way possible, I don't want to fall into old/bad habits and so I'd love to hear from people who have managed to create a new and healthy structure to their new lives. one of my worries is healthy choices for my 6 meals a day, especially whilst at work or out and about where I don't have the same options available to me. Don't be a stranger, please get in touch. Many thanks Dannii
