I have bcbs nj as well. I started all my appts in February and finished w/ my last appt last week . My surgeons office sent the paperwork to bcbs last week and I received an approval in 2 days. Surgery scheduled for tomorrow. Bcbs is fast . Only requirements I had was a visit with the nutritionist , psychologist and elf, and chest X-rays and the normal blood work. I meant *ekg
