Ok I went to my last nut apt today and got the specifics on my liquid diet which I will start Friday. I'm scared, I'm excited but I'm ready. For the first time I wondered if I could do this. Can I do this? I hope I can do this. What are your experiences with the liquid diet?

Hey there ... Let's go through it together!!! I'm currently on a liquid diet and I'm just beside myself, I'm constantly hungry... I don't understand the two week liquid thing, I'm obese but not seriously obese.. 222 as of this morning and I'm 5'6. The nurse doing my endoscopy last week said I don't look big enough to be having this surgery... ???? I'm just agrevated and in a bad mood.... Hungry.. ????????

I'm very nervous and questioning rather or not I can do this. After tonight I am on liquids only for the next four weeks. Right now it seems impossible to me, but I have no choice. How am I going to get through. ????

I've had jello sugar free... And broth.. I did have a venti skinny vanilla latte this morning.. 160 calories and 15 carbs...My stomach is growling so loud lol....

Ok so it's 5:48 and I've been on a liquid diet for almost a whole day, I haven't choked anyone or kicked any small animals.. It's hard, but not like I thought it would be... SO FAR.... I keep telling myself I can do this and I'm strong enough .!! So that's where im at.!

I don't know... I've never been skinny, and I've never had a problem getting a date or attention... But I get he issue, my husband and I are just not even close to that scenario. He is my best friend.

I have the band now and I regret ever getting it. It's now slipped and caused a hernia, I lost 70 pounds but puked every step of the way. I get it out and converted to the sleeve on the 26th. I wish I had done this first .

How have you done on it? Any tips?? I'm super nervous.!

Hahaha.!!! Sounds about right.! I think I will chew gum or perhaps make the protein turn into an ice cream form with my kitchenaid mixer.!! Get crafty..!

Funny, I asked the dr today if there was any way this would not work, like is it impossible for some people to lose weight.. I have dreamed of being a normal size all of my life .

Sounds to me like you just need to stick up for yourself. You teach people how to treat you. Next time tell them he pot shouldn't call the kettle black. They're obviously assholes.!
