Poll: What did you do after your Band removal?

Hello, I have been researching and figuring out some things about this Lap Band thing, I have been considering getting it, but it seems everyone here has had it slip or erode or something thats not of the good. I was curious if to get it removed you have to have something happen to it, I want to keep it so I can lose the weight, but I guess Im just curious if its a definate thing that something WILL happen to it. If its for sure that something would happen to it, I dont want to risk anything if I cant keep it long enough. :help:
