I had Gastric sleeve surgery back in October and have been happy with the results so far. However I've hit a road block. I'm trying to eat the proper amount of Protein but recently my hair loss has tripled and has me very nervous and to top it off I can't seem to get past 226. I don't want all this effort and money to go to waste because of my frustration. There are days I look at the change and I'm proud but then there are days it seems like nothing has changed.
