Hi I'm feeling disappointed and I don't know how to make things better..... I haven't seen any loses in about 3 months. I went to my doctor and he told me to take CLA and liquid creatine which worked for a week than nothing . I mostly eat eggs--- whites when possible, grilled chicken and sandwich wraps .... Any advice would be great Sleeved on February 12, 2015 Weight b4 liquids 289 Weight b4 surgery 283 1st day home 4rm the hospital -276 CW (post op 6 months) 244 Total lost - 45lbs / 9kg

Thanks everyone for the responses. I think your right I need to log my food for a week or so than see my nutritionist to see what's going on.... I'll keep u posted

I'm five weeks out and honestly I can eat or drink whatever I want as long as I eat slow and small portions .... Is my sleeve working ?

Sleeved on February 12, 2015 Weight b4 liquids 289 Weight b4 surgery 283 CW (post op day 9) 274 Total lost - 15lbs. I was a little disappointed because I haven't lost any weight since returning home on the 15th.

I was sleeved on February 12th. I haven't loss any weight since I've been home from the hospital ( day 7) But I did loose 15lbs since I started the preop liquids.... Anyone else had issues loosing after they went home ?
