I had mine done a day after you . I am feeling great and actually enjoy stepping on the scale. I am going back to work tomorrow . I am going to wear the clothing that I had "Out sized" and can now wear comfortably again. I am down 24lbs total . This includes pre-op lost 13lbs on optifast diet and the rest is all post-op weight loss. I am still on clear liquids. I drink a protein powder shake mixed in a blender bottle and sip at it till I finish. It takes me several hours but at least I get the protein in for the day. I have be walking, shopping and doing laundry. The weather does not lend itself to outdoor activity since it is snowing so much and freezing. I feel very good about my decision and look forward to my journey of weight loss as a positive thing now that I have given myself this tool.
