Yes. I eat one slice of Dave's breads. The 60 calorie or the 70 calorie! With butter also. Then rest of my day I stay away from carbs. I love sweets ( my weakness ) so I allow myself the Glucerna mini treats 80 calories.

Old veteran, getting back on track

I was never told to be on 4-5 shakes a day. I had a terrible dietician from the very beginning almost 3 years ago. I needed to have been in a group to help me stay on track. I need to be monitored while I do this! I honestly am getting a complex! Why can't I succeed in something I want desperately! I have a medical condition. I have MS so I use a walker or cane most of the time! Let's buddy up on this journey! I'm in Texas. My name is Ginny... -
Thank you! I do need support! Night eating and my dislike of meat is making it very hard. I do like fish so I get my protein that way.

Old veteran, getting back on track

I had my sleeve surgery in October 2014. I went from 215 to 169. I am now up to 198. I would like to lose that 65% at least which is 151. My goal weight is 135 pounds. I am just praying I can stay on track. What an emotional journey! I am back on shakes and One meal a day. -
I too am 21/2 years out. My starting weight was 215 and I got to 169 pounds. I have fallen of the wagon. I am at 190 now. I am so disappointed in myself!!!! I do stay pretty good on track during the day. Nightime is a different story! I still get full on foods quickly. I don't even know how much my stomach has stretched. I am on a fixed income so therapy is out! I have thought of joining Weight Watchers to be weight weekly and keep on track. Has anyone done this?

I too have fallen off. I was sleeve 10/29/14. Starting weight 215 now . I am disabled with MS so I have mobility problems. I do well on my diet during the day. Nightime is my downfall. It has been like this for the last 5 months. I am so depressed about this. I feel like I am the only one with a failed story to tell. I am 65 years old and I so much want to have a good story to tell. Sad me????

Sleevy Wonder thanks for responding. Nights I eat chips or salty nuts then I hit sweet snacks. Today I plan to get thru the evening with eating maybe a piece of fruit. Wish me luck Ripeone is Ginny

This is my forever companionship. I am realizing that I need to be mentality and emotionally. I am happy I made the decision to get sleeve October 2014. Starting wt. 215. I am now at 165. I have a confession. I do great during the day. Nights not so good. I blow my day. This is something I have not been able to break. Its emotional and habitual. I am going to be referred to a therapist. Hopefully I can get to the bottom of this. My goal is to lose my next 30 pounds! I have MS so my mobility is not good. I have to do this and I will !!!

Sars.. I had my surgery 6 months ago. I too am having a hard time. I do good for breakfast , lunch and dinner. I eat at night. I am a sugar addict ! This has slowed my weight loss. I should be about 10 pounds less. When I reached out to my nutritionist she acted like I had no self control. I asked for something to curb my appetite and they would or could not help me. I have lost 50 since my surgery Oct. 29 2014. I need to lose 30 more pounds. I will keep working on it. I too hope I haven't strecht my stomach. I had the sleeve done. Good luck!!!

I am 5 months out and I have lost 50 pounds. Hasn't been easy because I have MS and have limitations with exercising ! My weakness are the sweets! I want some so bad!!! -
Hi everbody! I had my sleeve done October 23rd 2014. I have gone from 215 pounds to 165 as of today. Thats 50 pounds. My family thought I took the easy way out at first. Not any more! They see how I hard I have worked! I have MS so I can only exercise slowly and take breaks. I am 64 years old. I would say 80 % is for health reasons and 20% is for vanity! I stay on tract real good during the day but I am having a hard time at night. Always have even during my Weight Watchers years. Anyone with that problem also? Oh yes my name is Ginny!
