Go to the TickerFactory.com and pick out the ticker you want (I just figured this out today) copy the 2nd bb code but don't use the on each end. go to UserCP, click on signature, click on the square pic with a mountain and paste your url.

I've been reading threads on this forum for about a week and have learned a lot of useful info. I went to the Dr. on Sept 7 and weighed more than I ever have in my life. I immediately went on a low fat diet and so far have lost 38 lbs. Right now everything has been sent to the ins and I'm hoping for a January banding. Ruth
