Banded today!! I feel you on the shoulder pain. That was the first thing I noticed when I woke up. I'm still sore, but comfy in bed with lots of support pillows, lol.

March 25th for me! Lil over a week to go and the anxiety is setting in. Trying to fight the urge to stress eat, but it's so hard. How is everyone doing so far, either before or after?
