Thank you for all these suggestions. I hope all of you start to feel better quickly! It makes it less frustrating and less emotional knowing people are going through the same thing.

I had gastric sleeve surgery on Feb 18. I am having extreme difficulty drinking. The protein water makes me sick. My Dr said its a spasm and it will go away soon. When does this awful feeling go away?
