Hello everyone!I am new to all of this. I am severely obese. I am 45 years old. I have been like this most of my life. I Have Thyroid disease and it causes me to gain weight.It is very hard to pack around the extra weight. I have also had 2 back surgeries and am disabled in a lot of ways. Over the last few years, my health has really gone down hill
