I found this site thru suggestions from my nutritionist at the bariatric clinic. Pre surgery I lost 81 lbs was only to lose 40 so I'm ahead of the game. I decided to have surgery because in 48 and my head is good and young but my body felt old. I work a full time job and would come home ans sit and would not be able to move from the pain in my knee and hip. I already need one of my knees replaced and I'm to young for this. I wanna ride rollercoaster and walk my 4 dogs and not feel miserable. I hope to make new friends on bariatricpal that have been thru this and who are going thru this life changing event
