So it's normal for everything to make me feel nauseous?? I'm on stage 3 now and i thought it would get better, but i've been getting light headed and cold sweats... Just kinda sucks for me so far.

yes. You taste buds will be a little different and need time to adjust. You will get past this as well. Just stick to what makes you get through the day. Water was a huge problem for me so I drank a lot of crystal light now I can finally drink water again. I still hate sugar and most meats though and I'm almost at 8 months. You just had major surgery so give your mind and your body time to adjust, We are here for you!

Thank you Veronica. I'm still very nauseous when i drink water, i couldn't take my vitamins either, it was that bad. Not sure if i'm taking the right kind of vitamins. They aren't chewable is what i mean.
