Part of me was thinking maybe it's bc my stomach is so empty, that it's water hitting all my stomach acids and not mixing well... Idk I'm reaching at this point! Lol
-
I agree with the plain water! I have to add lime or lemon too it, and I enjoy the taste I just don't understand why it makes me so queasy. I had my gallbladder removed years ago, thankfully that will be one issue I don't have to deal with!

I am 8 weeks out and down 48lbs, lately I am having an issue getting all my fluids in because every time I drink, once it hits my stomach I am instantly queasy. Any idea why this is happening??

Thank you so much, I wouldn't have thought of those ideas.... Always looking for new food ideas these days! I want to change it up but keep it healthy!

That makes sense, I was worried it was from to little protein or calories. I have 4 year old twin boys so I force myself to be active during the day, but your right I am just completely exhausted.... I've never had green tea, I'll definitely give it a try. I'm not sure how to increase my calories a ton other than adding the protein powder or doing two snacks a day....

I was sleeved on 2/10 so tomorrow makes a month, I have lost 31lbs which I am thrilled about however that was all in the first 2 weeks.... I have been in a major stall since. I am getting all my Water in, eating correctly (however nowhere near getting my Protein in, I haven't been able to get the shakes down since preop) my daily calories are around 450-500 and that's with 3 meals a day, some days including a snack. Any advice on how to get the scale moving again? Is this normal?? It's hard to not get discouraged after going through all this and the scale has just stopped on me! Thanks in advance!

Watermelon during the purée/mushy stage?

Are there any fruits you are able to eat? I've been told to stay away from anything with a peel, and also strawberries. -

Thank yall so much, I have never really posted like this and I am so happy that I did. I am in tears, just knowing I'm not alone feeling this way gives me hope. Tomorrow I will wake up and approach this with a new attitude, one foot in front of the other.... -

I had my sleeve done on Tuesday morning 9/10. I dry heaved and couldn't keep water down the first two days. I am now home and able to drink water about as much as I expected... However, I have zero interest in food, even the smell of broth, protein shakes make me extremely queasy. As a result I am feeling weak, emotional.... The weight is pouring off but I know this isn't healthy. (I'm honestly living for the 2 week Mark where I can add eggs) Anyway I am clinging to hope that someone has experienced this, has some tips, words of wisdom. -

I was sleeved tuesday 2/9, the pain hasn't been bad but the amount of queasiness I have felt took me by surprise. I dry puked the first 48 hours, not even the sips of water would stay down. Anyone else experience this?
