Monomo

Between my insurance and bariatric program requirements it was a 17 month wait before getting a surgery date. But I made the most of it!  My weight at the start of the process was 480 but by the time I had my vertical sleeve gastrectomy on June 29 2016 I weighed in at 342 lbs.
As of October 29, 2017 I am 16 months post-op and weigh 190 lbs. I've lost 152 lbs since surgery and 290 lbs overall.  I'd like to get to 180 lbs and then have skin removal surgeries.
UPDATE: March 2019 - I am currently 165 lbs and have been maintaining this weight for 1 year. In a weeks time I will be having a panniculectomy with fleur de lis abdominoplasty. I'm so excited to finally get rid of this massive apron of skin!
I'm thrilled with my results and enjoying every moment of life in my new body!
