how do you update your weight lost

Click on the forums tab and scroll all the way down to the bottom. On the bottom right hand side, there's a box that says "Together, we have lost (a large number) pounds." There it will ask if you want to update your weight. It will have your starting weight in the left box and in the right box you enter your current weight and submit.
